The Bha of Bhava Sagaram ( Samsara Dukham ) and the Ga of Yoga combined to form Bhaga. So Bhagavan means He who has the power to destroy Samsara Dukha and give Self Actualisation to the disciple/devotee, bhavam Nihatya yogam dadati iti Bhagah !
