ON 19h, Kerala was attacked by vicious rains and the Black Day looked like Thiruvathira Njattuvela, famous because of her balance. Many times the Earth shook under Karthika fury. It is raining now, cats and dogs and there seems to be
no respite. Now this Kala Varsha looks like a Great Benefactor . But it can be
devastating, as NOAA has predicted floods !
