Regular yoga exercise will improve overall health.

One should eat to live, not live to eat. ~Cicero
However, none of the above will be a lasting solution to an ongoing basis for reoccurring overeating issues. It is low self worth, which stems from daily erroneous events, that causes people to seek comfort foods containing too much sugar and fat, which pile on the pounds.
People's natures are alike; it is their habits that separate them. ~Confucius
There is only one ageless answer, which will prove to be a sure _ fired success in finding a permanent solution to weight control. A complete overhaul of self_ identification is required before any person can truly bring about a change in overall well-being and happiness.
To lengthen your life, shorten your meals. ~Proverb
A contented mind is a happy mind. It can only be contented if it is free from thoughts and memories installed by other people's beliefs and opinions from early childhood. If the reference points in the mind are continually playing themes that induce fear, hatred, and worry, then no external aid will take that away. Only if a person realizes negative emotions are the ego's illusions, can they tear themselves away from their persistent afflictions. To know thyself is to find true self-worth.
It is one's own mind, not enemies, that lures evil ways. ~Buddha
Every cell, molecule and atom of a human being is filled with intelligent energy that conveys serene tranquility. However, when the mind is fed erroneous negative thoughts from a false self-image, the conscious mind believes it requires tasty, unhealthy foods to soothe the uneasiness. This becomes a constant, self-fulfilling habit.
It's all right letting yourself go, as long as you can get yourself back. ~Mick Jagger
In the empty nothingness of every cell exists the dance of primary life that organizes a wholesome being. This intelligent energy force is the true identity of every person on earth. Many times, it is overpowered by the demands of the ego/personality.
Clogged with yesterday's excess, the body drags the mind down with it. ~Horace
When we tune into the nothingness of each cell we
can rejoice with their intrinsic delight. When this realization passes
through from our subconscious, into our conscious mind, it is
impossible to feel anything other than authentic contentment of self
worth, no matter what external circumstances are playing out their
illusionary role-play. Changing the concept of who we believe we are,
is the only way to dissolve the habit of overeating the wrong foods
and preserving a healthy stabilized body and mind.
