O Deity Aditi divine
Thou pervadest the Earth
Mother of all celestials,
Adityas
Supreme art Thou in Heaven
Vast, glorious in
environment
On Thy lap, I place
Fire, the giver to eat food
!
Bhoomna dairvarina,
Anthaikshma mahithva,
Upasathe they devi adithe,
Agnim annadam annadaya adadhe.
Knowledge symbolised by
cow
Comes again, reaching
Earth
And going back to Heaven
The Father Principle !
Aayam gau prashnir akramith,
Asanan matharam purah,
Pitharam cha prayant svah.
Speech, Vak, shines in
abodes
Thirty, symbolic of days thirty
Carrying Light forward
Vach, speech symbolised
By Fire divine, Agni !
Trimshat dhama vi
rajathi vaak,
Patangya dhiyathe,
Prathi vasthoroha dhybhi.
It travels upward by Prana
Downward via Apana
This Agni, fire within
Travels from bodies
luminous
Illuminating us whole !
Asya pranaath apaanathi,
Anthascharathi rochanaa,
Vakhyaan mahisha dhivam.
O Agni, O Fundamental
Fire,
Forgive my transgressions
!
We will raise Thee upwards
Within us, by Meditation
divine !
Yathwa krudhah parovapa,
Manyunaa yad avarthaya,
Sukalpam agne.,
Thathawa puna thva uddheepayamasi.
That portion of Thee
scattered
Spread over Earth
The Eightfold Aishwaryas
Symbols of Prosperity
The Inner Radiating Sun
And onter creative
impulses
Gathered it back !
Yathe manyu paropthasya,
Prithweemanu dadhwase,
Aadithya vishve thath deva,
Vasavascha samabharan.
O Light of Mind,
Receive this offering of
Ghee
May the Homa become One
May Jupiter, Brihaspati,
help us
Making the celestials
rejoice !
Mano jyothir jushathaamajyam,
Vichinnam yajnam samimam dadhaadhu.
Brihaspathisthanuthamimaam,
No vishve devaa yiha maadayanthaam.
“Yo deva savita asmakam dhiyo dharmadi gocaraah Prerayet tasya yad bhargah
tad varenyam upasmahe”
