Astro Meteorology

Meteorology was founded by Aristotle and is considered as an atmospheric science.  Astro Meteorology is the science of the influence of the Solar transits of the constellations to produce climatic seasons. All seasons are caused by the earth's transits of the 360 degree Sidereal Zodiac.

A combination of Meteorology and Hydrology is known as Hydro Meteorology.  Annual Rainfall, monthly rainfall, rainfall map, tropical rainforest rainfall, rainfall intensity,  rainfall cycles are all measured by Astro Meteorology.

We find that from the solar transit of Lamda Orionis to the Alpha Cancri, it rains heavily in the 825 km Malabar Coast and the rains continue till the end of the solar transit of  Delta Scorpi !  In other words, solar transits from Eta Tauri to  Delta Scorpi are wet days on the Malabar Coast with sunny interludes. The rest are all summer months from the Sun's transit of sidereal Sagittarius to Sidereal 15th degree of Taurus.

Laplace's Celestial Mechanics

If you want to calculate the longitudes of planets and create an Astro Pro Software, then the best book for you is Laplace's Celestial Mechanics. You can find out the mean longitudes of the planets, calculate the perturbations, the epicycles and then calculate the Heliocentric Longitudes of planets. You can use Laplacian equations to then reduce it to the Ecliptic Coordinates and then reduce them to Geocentric Coordinates, thus computing the true longitudes of the planets. A must for Astro software developers.
